Condesa home Positive: The kappa room is perfect for a solo traveler, with a window that opens to a peaceful street, lots of restaurants within a few minutes walk, and a personal fridge in the room. There's a shared washer&dryer and a good shared kitchen with drinking water&freshly ground coffee and a lovely terrace. Negative: The shower takes some getting used to, but works fine once you get the hang of it

A wonderful place. Highly recommended Positive: A fantastic place!! Very comfortable and relaxing place to stay. It's close to shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Mexico City.

Great place, would return again! Positive: I stay in this place for the second time and I really like it. Room is very comfortable, there is always hot water in the shower, and Gerry is very nice and helpful! The rooftop deck is really nice to hang out on sometimes. Location is very convenient.

Positive: + le personnel, très accueillant et réactif pour toute question + le quartier, très calme et vert + le prix est bon pour le quartier + eau filtrée disponible dans la cuisine gratuitement Negative: - la douche ! Très difficile de bien régler la température et eau chaude qui disparaît / réapparaît - la chaleur / le bruit ! On avait une chambre côté rue qui se chauffait beaucoup pendant la journée (en avril il fait chaud) donc on dormait avec la fenêtre ouverte... Ce qui nous a coûté plusieurs réveils à chaque nuit - la chambre était propre, mais il y avait des endroits où on voulait ranger des choses (étagères en haut et en bas) qui étaient très poussiéreux
