Loved our stay here. It is clean, location is convienent and the people are so helpful and kind! Positive: Loved the hospitality and support of the personel. They were quick to respond and solve any issues (cold water solved within an hour, even at night)

Avoid - unless you want a pet cockroach in your room Positive: N/A - and I am not the type of person to even write bad reviews. Negative: Avoid this property at all costs. After a 12-hour flight, I arrived exhausted, only to walk into a room that was frankly disgusting. On the very first night, I found a cockroach in the room. Not exactly the welcome you expect anywhere, even at the most basic level of accommodation. It got worse. The bed sheets had clearly not been changed before my arrival. There were visible black hairs on the bedding, and the bed did not feel remotely clean. Clean sheets are not a “premium” feature,they are the absolute bare minimum standard of hospitality. The fact that this wasn’t met says everything about how this place is run. As a result, I didn’t sleep at all. I checked out the next morning and booked alternative accommodation because I simply could not stay there another night. To make matters worse, there was no real human accountability. The only “response” I received was from what appears to be their AI concierge system: templated, impersonal, and entirely useless. No genuine apology. Finding cockroaches is bad. Sleeping in someone else’s hair is worse. But the complete lack of responsibility and the reliance on an AI bot to handle serious hygiene complaints is what truly sealed the experience as unacceptable.

As a solo female traveller this was by far the best place I stayed in my time in Mexico. Positive: The staff were really friendly. Getting in was very easy. The facilities were excellent. The kitchen was clean and well equipped, with free tea and coffee, and filtered water on tap. The locker service is great. I had a late flight on the day I checked out and was able to leave my luggage safely all day. Thanks for a great stay. The location is very good. Within walking distance of so many bars and restaurants, as well as the parks and metro stations. Negative: Nothing

Staff was responding very fast. But room was but uncomfortable since it is too small. Positive: Had washer and dryer on site. Negative: Room was too small... Cannot even move around. Pictures are very misleading.. remodeling is still going on. Not good location for metro.
