Positive: Great location, friendly staff Negative: When I arrived, my room was occupied by another guest who was put in there by mistake, so I had to stay in a smaller room than what I had paid for. There was no apologies or compensation for this mistake. The courtyard should be cleaned up a little which would have made the space a little better. For the price, it is a decent place.

Great location, good communication Positive: Great location, communicative property management, well organized check in/ check out. Room had everything- from bath robes to make-up remover which I did not expect in this price range. Negative: I found bed to be too soft and uncomfortable so I had hard time sleeping. I did not like having to sign rental agreement that was so long that I signed it without reading. I never had to sign rental agreement through Booking before.

Excelente ubicación! Positive: Excelente ubicación!. Yosef estuvo pendiente de mi llegada y me envió todas las instrucciones muy claras. Fue muy fácil acceder y el vecindario es muy bonito. El lugar cuenta con cocina y agua para beber y eso lo agradezco mucho. Negative: Tuvimos mala suerte, nos tocó remodelación en la terraza a lado de nuestra habitación, teníamos una hora para descansar antes de ir al concierto y no fue posible. Había mucho calor y no podíamos abrir la puerta porque habían trabajadores afuera. :(

Positive: The location is good, and the room was pretty. Negative: The mattress was lopsided, there was a giant spider in the curtains that jumped at me when I opened them, and the lamp in the night stand kept turning on randomly.
