Positive: Really cozy. The location is also good, very chill and has a lot of cafe around.

Positive: Sehr tolle Lage! Wir bekamen gute Unterstützung für die Sauberkeitspunkte, die wir leider zu bemängeln hatten. Negative: Sauberkeit der Bettwäsche war nicht sofort gegeben, wurde und aber auf Hinweis sehr schnell gewechselt. Das Zimmer in dem wir uns befanden (Kappa), war sehr feucht. Unsere Klamotten und die Bettwäsche hatten über Nacht sehr stark Feuchtigkeit gezogen, sowie die Fenster waren komplett nass. Wir hatten tagsüber die Fenster gekippt und morgens und abends gelüftet (es konnte nicht an uns liegen). Wir vermuten, dass die Fenster sehr schlechte Qualität hatten außerdem. Ansonsten ist das Zimmer sehr klein: weitere Ablage- oder Aufhängemöglichkeiten wären toll. Das Bad ist allerdings nochmal kleiner und man steht mit den Unterschenkeln direkt am Klodeckelrand, wenn man vor dem Waschbecken steht. Preis Leistung demnach ausbaufähig.

Positive: La atención de Gerry , la cocina, los espacios comunes y la ubicación. Negative: Hubo un perrito que no no me dejo dormir ya que ladro toda la noche, al tratarse de un lugar que no es amplio y abierto, al contrario sus habitaciones están muy cerca no creo que sea apto para mascotas.

Awful - do not recommend staying here Positive: One of the staff on site, Gerry, was friendly and tried to be helpful. The location was great. Negative: We booked 5 rooms for a group of 9 people. All of the rooms have water damage and issues with damp. One of the rooms had a significant amount of visible mould on the walls, and our friend was unable to sleep as the smell of mould was so overpowering. When we reported this, they came in and ‘scraped’ the mould from the walls, rematched the wall and repainted. As you can imagine it is not ideal to stay in a room with such concerns so our friend requested a refund for the remaining nights (was happy to pay for the two nights that they occupied the room). The hotel refused to appropriately refund us, and continued to send long emails and responses that were inaccurate. The property also falsely advertises “private bathrooms” some of which are downstairs, separate from the room, and have no window and are in very poor condition. The property advertises things like “private kitchen and private patio” this is all false advertising as these facilities are shared. Overall, all of our rooms were in poor condition, unclean, mouldy bathrooms, poor quality linen (lumpy pillows), very small beds, rooms without windows or windows that can’t be opened. Would not recommend booking this accommodation.

Un lugar comodo, limpio y seguro. Positive: La ubicación es muy buena. Cercano a lugares de interés y a líneas del metro. Pude estacionar mi carro justo afuera del alojamiento. Negative: Las ventanas no tienen mosquitero.
