Staff was responding very fast. But room was but uncomfortable since it is too small. Positive: Had washer and dryer on site. Negative: Room was too small... Cannot even move around. Pictures are very misleading.. remodeling is still going on. Not good location for metro.

Positive: Die Lage war gut - in einem schönen und sicheren Viertel mit guten Restaurants. Das Personal vor Ort war freundlich. Negative: Leider kann ich die Unterkunft nicht wirklich empfehlen. Es war sehr dreckig: die Spiegel verschmutzt, die Dusche voll mit Haaren anderer Gäste und die Handtücher hatten Flecken.

BEDBUGS!!!!! Negative: BED BUGS!!! I had to leave 6 days into my 15 day trip into emergency due to infection due to bed bugs. I took photos, and called the owner at 4 am because I was covered in hives. His answer: go to bed and we will deal with it later. Grabbed my stuff quickly and left Mexico City to return home. Worse experience ever!!!!! He refused to return my money
