Hi there, When I reserved my room, I paid $30 to have an early checkin which I had to confirm a few different times before my arrival. Once I arrived, the door code didn't work. The customer service whatsapp wasn't helpful, but another person let me in. Once I entered, I was told that the code resets every day at noon. The internet was very unreliable which was a shame because I chose your location because you advertise to digital nomads. I wrote to the whatsapp number again and it wasn't fixed and I wasn't notified of anything further. Your welcoming staff was very nice and I informed them that there is a leak in the ceiling of the room I stayed in. Finally, I would probably give your guests a heads up if you are doing a lot of noisy construction if you are advertising to nomads who will have meetings.

This place was great for one person, not too much space but was a great location, felt homey and had the amenities I needed for the last night in the city!

Positive: La ubicación y seguridad incluso de madrugada, limpieza y muchas detalles siempre hay alguien para ayudarte con cualquier consulta o incidente. Negative: Habitación Delta muy pequeña para una pareja y no tenía aire acondicionado, solo ventilador de torre y uno de techo pero el cuarto era muy caliente. La cama ya necesita renovarse.

Positive: Excelente ubicación. Negative: El baño tenia problema con el WC, el flotador estaba roto y tenia fuga de agua. Asi como la regadera goteaba todo el tiempo.
