Negative: We were very disappointed with our stay. The room did not match the description: it was advertised as having a queen-size bed, but the bed was much smaller. We were also moved to a different room without prior notice. Important information was missing from the listing, including the fact that there were no private toilets and that construction work was ongoing in the hotel. The terrace does not reflect the photos shown online, and overall we did not feel safe. Because of these issues and the lack of transparency, we decided not to stay and requested a refund, which the manager refused. We strongly recommend carefully reviewing all details before booking.

Good place inside the city Positive: The location was definitely the best part, and I loved the added security system in the room. Having my name on the door was such a nice touch! Negative: The beds are too small—full-size beds feel outdated and uncomfortable.
