3/10 experience Positive: The location only. Negative: I strongly recommend to go to another place. Here the facts: 1. The picture is not close to reality 2. The room was in really bad shape. Windows damaged or dirty, no AC, ceilings with several damage, non suitable floors. 3. It seems the room was not well refurnished and they just put a bed and some hotel like appliances. 4. Hygiene: water leak on the shower, dirty shampoo and air conditioner stations. 5. Co living worst experience at almost the same price as any 3 star hotel. Final outcome: the property needs to invest good money to make the building suitable for business other than that please avoid this place and invest in a hotel with correct accommodations

Positive: They are really nice and friendly. The room is clean spacious and in a good neighborhood. I really enjoyed staying there.

Schlechter als erwartet Positive: Super Lage und freundliche Leute. Negative: Etwas verwahrlost. Extrem heiß im Zimmer. Kakerlake in der Küche. Keine Sonnenschirme auf der Terrasse. Ständig laufende Waschmaschine im Innenhof. Zu teuer für den geringen Komfort. An einer anderen Lage wäre das nicht möglich.

Exceptional thanks to Jerry and Yosif. Positive: The best place. Too bad Booking.com rating system doesn’t go to a 15 because that’s what I would’ve given this place. The Internet was amazing, the kitchen had everything you needed and every appliance available. Yousef and Jerry were like having big brothers on vacation. I was in a private room with a prívate bathroom (great water pressure hot and cold) ,a refrigerator, light and electrical outlet by my bed. The tree lined streets, the bike lanes, the sidewalks, gave for an amazing neighborhood to be in. Did I mention that everywhere I turned there was yet another green space, park/dog park. I can’t say enough about this place, the people and this country.!! I have found the place in Mexico City that I will always book!!!

Would stay again. Positive: Location excellent. Lovely to stroll around. Access to parks, restaurants including good vegan burger place! Code and key access very convenient and helpful luggage storage. Negative: Flaky ceiling in bathroom.

מקום מקסים שמרגיש כמו מלון. גג נוח ואווירה שקטה ונעימה Positive: מיקום נוח, חדר לא גדול אבל מפנק ונוח. תחושה של בית מלון. זמינות גבוהה של המארח והכי נהנתי מהמטבח המאובזר, רמה גבוהה! Negative: היתה אי הבנה בנוגע לאירוח עם כלב. במהלך השהות ביקשו שאשלם תוספת שהיתה בעיני לא סבירה (5$ ללילה, בנוסף ל20$ עבור נקיון שכבר שילמתי בצ׳ק אין). אז אם אתם עם כלב- בררו לפני ההזמנה!

Positive: We rented 4 rooms. The beta room was great. The deck up top was lovely. Negative: The door to the washroom in the alpha room was too heavy to close. The delta room barely had room to open the door.
