Comfortable, safe & clean ! Positive: The room was super comfortable and clean, excellent communication via WhatsApp / email before hand with clear instructions. We found the storage lockers really handy too. Couldn’t fault our stay actually! Was an excellent start to our trip in Mexico. Thank you :)

Central room in condensa Positive: In a nice area of condensa. Kitchen was good. Staff were friendly and helpful Negative: Building work ongoing at the property, so maybe just caught it at a bad time. Terrace wasn’t open for us unfortunately so didn’t have anywhere to chill out in the day. Our room had just been finished and the bathroom door didn’t exist. They fitted it one day during our stay but means they had to go in our room.
