Positive: Really nice room but a quite room for two people. Cleaning lady was really kind. Great location! Negative: We asked about bikes for one of the days and their chat bot kept spamming saying they will get back to us about the bikes, even when the day had already passed. And they kept spamming us even after we had left.

Positive: The location was very central and had everything one needs for a short stay, including a desk to work at and a mini fridge. The staff, both on site and online, were very friendly and helpful. Negative: I stayed here three years ago and had such a great impression. It feels like the property has invested more of its profits in marketing rather than actual facility improvements. The cost per night was about 30% lower back then, and the facilities felt much more modern. Now, the bathroom sliding door barely works, and the patio is worn out and almost unusable.

Perfect stay Positive: The location

Great Place to Stay Positive: Great place to stay, great value, met my expectations in a positive way. I stayed in room Alpha, right next to the front door, but did not have any issues with noise from other guests coming or going while I was sleeping. Had very positive interactions with the staff and other guests at the property. Negative: The bedding was not as clean as it should have been. The location while good, isn't the most central in Mexico City.

Awful - do not recommend staying here Positive: One of the staff on site, Gerry, was friendly and tried to be helpful. The location was great. Negative: We booked 5 rooms for a group of 9 people. All of the rooms have water damage and issues with damp. One of the rooms had a significant amount of visible mould on the walls, and our friend was unable to sleep as the smell of mould was so overpowering. When we reported this, they came in and ‘scraped’ the mould from the walls, rematched the wall and repainted. As you can imagine it is not ideal to stay in a room with such concerns so our friend requested a refund for the remaining nights (was happy to pay for the two nights that they occupied the room). The hotel refused to appropriately refund us, and continued to send long emails and responses that were inaccurate. The property also falsely advertises “private bathrooms” some of which are downstairs, separate from the room, and have no window and are in very poor condition. The property advertises things like “private kitchen and private patio” this is all false advertising as these facilities are shared. Overall, all of our rooms were in poor condition, unclean, mouldy bathrooms, poor quality linen (lumpy pillows), very small beds, rooms without windows or windows that can’t be opened. Would not recommend booking this accommodation.
