Buena atención, falta aclaración con la ubicación del baño Positive: La comunicación es muy buena, el equipo está al pendiente y atentos para poder resolver dudas o problemas. Negative: Cuando mencionaron que el baño está fuera de la habitación, nunca me imagine que estaría en el exterior. En la noche, en otoño y con algo de lluvia, se vuelve incómodo tener que ir al baño, el cuál está frío. Además durante mi estancia estaban haciendo algunos arreglos, el equipo con toda la disposición, pidieron a los trabajadores no martillar ni taladrar en mis horas de trabajo, algo que les agradezco que me hayan apoyado. Les comenté que es importante añadir lo del baño en la descripción, uno se va por la idea de que será un baño dentro de la casa. Espero actualicen eso.

Gut und ruhig gelegene Unterkunft mit eigenem Badezimmer - allerdings nicht immer en Suite Positive: Zentrale Lage in Condesa; 10 min bis zur Metro; gut ausgestattetes Zimmer Negative: Ich habe ein Zimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer gebucht; inhaltlich ist dieser Satz tatsächlich zutreffend, allerdings befand sich das "eigene Badezimmer eine Etage tiefer und konnte über eine Außentreppe erreicht werden; es gibt keine physisch besetzte Rezeption; bei Bedarf konnte jedoch Unterstützung über booking (Unterkunft Nachricht senden) angefordert werden, was auch sehr gut geklappt hat

Awful - do not recommend staying here Positive: One of the staff on site, Gerry, was friendly and tried to be helpful. The location was great. Negative: We booked 5 rooms for a group of 9 people. All of the rooms have water damage and issues with damp. One of the rooms had a significant amount of visible mould on the walls, and our friend was unable to sleep as the smell of mould was so overpowering. When we reported this, they came in and ‘scraped’ the mould from the walls, rematched the wall and repainted. As you can imagine it is not ideal to stay in a room with such concerns so our friend requested a refund for the remaining nights (was happy to pay for the two nights that they occupied the room). The hotel refused to appropriately refund us, and continued to send long emails and responses that were inaccurate. The property also falsely advertises “private bathrooms” some of which are downstairs, separate from the room, and have no window and are in very poor condition. The property advertises things like “private kitchen and private patio” this is all false advertising as these facilities are shared. Overall, all of our rooms were in poor condition, unclean, mouldy bathrooms, poor quality linen (lumpy pillows), very small beds, rooms without windows or windows that can’t be opened. Would not recommend booking this accommodation.
