Bon pour une nuit Positive: Emplacement, déco, équipements, personnel, rooftop, espaces communs Negative: Notre chambre était minuscule. Une fois les sacs posés on pouvait à peine circuler. Beaucoup de bruit de chauffe-eau, équipement électriques en marche. Ma fenêtre donnait sur la cour intérieure et la fumée de cigarette rentrait à l'intérieur. Si on fermait la fenêtre il faisait trop chaud.

The room I was given was not the one I booked, despite what the property later claimed. This appears to be a deliberate and premeditated attempt to mislead guests once they arrive. The description and photos do not reflect reality. The bathroom, advertised as private and inside the room, was in fact external. On top of that, the building is located in the middle of an active construction site (they are renovating one of their rooms), with constant noise and heavy dust, making the environment unhealthy and unacceptable for a stay. Because of the construction dust and overall conditions, I was forced to leave immediately and change accommodation, incurring additional costs and losing valuable time. Despite the obvious mismatch with the listing, the property refused to provide any refund, showing a complete lack of professionalism and respect for guests. I strongly discourage anyone from booking this place. This was an extremely negative experience based on false information and opaque management. This property should not be listed on Booking.

Buena relación calidad precio Positive: Muy cómodo, contaba con todo lo necesario, sencillo pero bien equipado, muy bien situado y se puede aparcar gratis en la calle justo al lado del alojamiento. Una zona tranquila y segura. Negative: El baño estaba fuera de la habitación pero para una estancia corta no fue inconveniente, hay otras habitaciones con baño dentro.

Positive: The shared spaces like the kitchen and terrace are very useful. The area is safe and rich in restaurants and cafes. The staff are friendly and professional. Negative: N/a.

Buena atención, falta aclaración con la ubicación del baño Positive: La comunicación es muy buena, el equipo está al pendiente y atentos para poder resolver dudas o problemas. Negative: Cuando mencionaron que el baño está fuera de la habitación, nunca me imagine que estaría en el exterior. En la noche, en otoño y con algo de lluvia, se vuelve incómodo tener que ir al baño, el cuál está frío. Además durante mi estancia estaban haciendo algunos arreglos, el equipo con toda la disposición, pidieron a los trabajadores no martillar ni taladrar en mis horas de trabajo, algo que les agradezco que me hayan apoyado. Les comenté que es importante añadir lo del baño en la descripción, uno se va por la idea de que será un baño dentro de la casa. Espero actualicen eso.
