Overall, we had a pleasant stay thanks to the excellent location and the kindness of the staff. Positive: The place is conveniently located, and the staff were friendly and attentive, and made the experience very enjoyable. Negative: The bathroom was quite uncomfortable, although this may have been an issue specific to my room. During the day, one of the staff members made a repair, which we appreciated

Positive: Las camas están muy cómodas al igual que el lugar Negative: Nos gustó la segunda habitación que nos tocó no recordamos como se llama, lo único malo fue el estar entrando y saliendo al baño ya está aparte

Simples, mas resolveu. Positive: O bairro de La Condesa é bem aconchegante e a hospedagem fica a uns 15 minutos a pé da estação mais próxima de metrô. Há vários bons restaurantes e cafeterias ao redor. Os anfitriões e o senhor que fica como responsável no local foram bem atenciosos e gentis. Negative: Minha opção foi o Quarto Duplo Econômico. Achei o banheiro muito pequeno. Tomar banho sem alagar tudo foi bem difícil. Achei o preço acima da qualidade da hospedagem. Como estava sozinho, acabou não sendo um problema, mas esperava mais pelas fotos que vi no site.

Positive: La habitación está muy bien, le falta quizá una pantalla y streaming o cable. Negative: Demasiados trámites para el alquiler y la liberación de las claves, el trato del encargado de origen argentino, pésimo, desde el interphone para accesar con pésima actitud.

Positive: Staff were super helpful and friendly. I arrived at an awkward time, and got all the help and support needed. Perfect location.
