Positive: The location is good, and the room was pretty. Negative: The mattress was lopsided, there was a giant spider in the curtains that jumped at me when I opened them, and the lamp in the night stand kept turning on randomly.

Highly recommended Positive: The staff was extremely helpful and supportive, location was great and the bed super comfortable Negative: The toilet has a glass door/wall which makes it absolutely not convenient when you share the room

Positive: la amabilidad del personal, la ubicación Negative: había un ruido como de una maquina o caldera que se encendió a eso de las 4 am me despertó y fue un poco incomodo

Small cozy room in calm neighbourhood Positive: Very nice room with a great shower, very central location and good neighborhood. Super friendly host and good communication. Easy check-in. Negative: The room and shower were clean overall, but there where multiple cockroaches in the room during multiple nights. This is the reason for the lower score for cleanliness. Perhaps it can be fixed with a net or lid for the shower drain (?). If this is fixed, I would highly recommend staying there again.

Ubicación muy buena y habitación cómoda Positive: La cama era súper cómoda, la habitación estaba muy bien. Negative: La habitación daba directamente al patio común por lo que a veces no se sentía muy privado, aunque la verdad es que no había gente casi nunca en el patio. Los lockers que ofrecen para guardar las maletas son unos armaritos en el patio, pero si llueve mucho se inunda el patio y los lockers se mojan por dentro (se nos mojaron las dos maletas que dejamos guardadas)
