Positive: Everything, well stocked kitchen, good hot water shower, location, friendly hosts Negative: No AC in room

Comfortable for 1 person for 1 night. Positive: The bed was VERY comfortable, and the location is great. Check-in was easy, once I figured out what the address was. The staff helped me with checking in, and the key situation was very easy. Negative: The room itself definitely smaller than I expected. There were complaints of construction noise, though I did not find that a problem. The room was incredibly stuffy though with only a small fan for airflow, and no bathroom door, so the toilet is essentially next to the bed with no privacy.

Good if on a budget or for a short stay Positive: Good for a short stay, depending on the room that you book. I went for a more premium room which had a private bathroom and an internal window. It was easy to access and had everything that I needed. I would recommend this for those used to budget travel. Negative: The internal sliding doors had no lock and the shower took a long time to get warm. The shower also seemed to have some mould or build up around the sealant. The bed sheets are synthetic and not pleasant to sleep in. I moved to more comfortable accommodation after one night.

I had a great stay at the flat. Very well located, right in the heart of Condesa. Positive: I did not try breakfast Negative: a bit noisy because of dehumidifier
